“Contrat toute attente” is a podcast series on Quebec contract law in a coronavirus world, exploring the consequences of the pandemic on contract law.

In this second episode, Julie and Jérémie discuss the issue of raising prices during a pandemic and the legality of inflated contracts in a context of crisis. Starting from the fundamental principle of contractual freedom, they review the issue from a civil and consumer law perspective with Élise Thériault, lawyer at Option consommateurs, and Professor Gabriel-Arnaud Berthold from the Department of Legal Sciences at UQAM.
