This kind of critical reflection, he suggests, is essential to exploring methodology in research as it is the job of the researcher to constantly question how things are done and consider their ramifications. \r\n\r\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 4th Autumn School on the Methodology of Research in Law was hosted by the Faculty of Law\u2019s Common Law Section in November 2021. Building on the recent Autumn School tradition of bringing established scholars together with emerging researchers and students to discuss the hows and whys of research in law, this most recent school was centred around the expansive topic of inclusive research.
