In this video from the series &#8221; Viv(r)e la recherche en droit\u202f&#8221;, he explains how the right to a healthy environment is lived on a daily basis, outside of the law. In telling the story of a citizen\u2019s struggle to protect her land, he shows us why we need research in law. He explains how such research can go well beyond the traditional university framework to ultimately have profound impacts on the lives of citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cViv(r)e la recherche en droit\u201d series explores legal research as a gateway to justice.
